Subscriptions and magazine copies are not refundable except for the following case: Multiple subscriptions to the same title(s) for the same subscriber: if several subscription orders have been submitted for the same product(s) by error, the redundant subscription(s) will be refunded or exchanged for another title of the same value.
You can change the title of your subscription(s) at any time before its expiry as long as the new chosen title is of the same value than the original title. If you choose a magazine title of a higher value, the difference of value must be paid. If the product(s) received are damaged or missing parts, the magazine or product will be replaced as early as possible. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still have not received your refund or exchange yet within 1 month of the notification of your approved refund/exchange, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
